1. Service Usage Guidelines

iLikeSIM provides virtual eSIM data roaming services. Users must ensure that their mobile device supports eSIM technology and is not network-locked (SIM Lock) by their original carrier before purchasing. iLikeSIM shall not be held liable for any service failure resulting from device incompatibility.

2. Refund Policy

As eSIM is a digital virtual product, the service is considered delivered and consumed once the QR Code credential has been sent to the user's email address. Refunds will not be accepted for reasons such as trip cancellations, device incompatibility, or subjective personal preferences, except in cases where the plan cannot be activated due to technical issues on our system's side.

3. Data Usage & Fair Usage Policy

Telecommunications operators in various countries implement a "Fair Usage Policy" (FUP). If a user generates an excessive amount of data in a short period (e.g., via massive downloads or high-definition streaming), local operators reserve the right to restrict network speeds. We recommend that users manage their data usage reasonably based on their actual needs.

4. Privacy Protection

We only collect the email address and payment information necessary to process your order. We commit never to sell or disclose your personal information to third-party advertisers. All payment data is processed and encrypted by trusted third-party payment gateways.
